We stumbled across this place on our way to the Freedom Tower and were pleasantly surprised. Upon entering there is a light airy feel and several food stations under one roof including a coffee section, smoothie bar and hot buffet. We opted for the server counters where you can have a rice bowl or tortillas made for you with a choice of toppings. The server was attentive to my gluten free needs when I mentioned it and offered me soft corn tacos instead or tortillas which were delicious. Also, with me also being sensitive to onions he explained how much was in each dish. When you pay there are an array of snack shelves near the tills filled with such things as nut and seed pots or gluten free protein bites and it was nice to be given a lot of choice. It would be good to see more of the fresh foods labelled as gluten or coeliac friendly however if I was ever in the area I would definitely visit it again.
