The salad was about all that was Celiac Safe. The fries and potatoes are in a shared fryer. Friendly service though. * updates to add: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC!!!! You get a different story from every server. I have tried this place a few times and every time it’s a different story! Not safe in any shape or form, don’t let them fool you into thinking it is safe, it is not!

Staff very knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten. My server informed me that any dish that normally contains rice is substituted for extra salad, which is delicious. I had the beef shawarma/salad and it was amazing!! No reaction. Highly recommend.
