Regular gochujang (spicy red pepper paste) , ssamjang and soybean paste all have wheat in them. And Korean sauces use malt a lot. Make sure all sauces & pastes are gluten-free
The bibimbap is gluten free. Because it is Korean food, many of the sauces do not include soy sauce. I am celiac and come here for lunch everyday from HKU. Great lunch deals as well!
