Server and Chef were very knowledgeable about the foods that were safe as well as handling and cooking procedures to ensure for no cross contamination. I enjoyed a burger on a GF bun and my daughter had. BLT on GF bun. We opted to not have fries though. Although they empty the fryer and put new oil in, that wont work for me as a Celiac. Overall great experience and great food.
