great gluten free Asian food. the sesame chicken is fantastic can't tell it's gluten free. There are appetizers also. A must stop if you miss fried asain dishes.
Was so excited to try gluten free Chinese food. When I got there, I was told that all their meat except seafood was soaked in buttermilk so it was not suitable for people that cannot have dairy. I was able to eat the vegetarian options which were quite good! Just a heads for anyone that cannot also have dairy.
Absolutely phenomenal food. Some of the best pad thai and sesame chicken I've ever had. They have a separate GF menu that is quite extensive. I would go back in a heartbeat!
A delicious dinner out! We enjoyed Honey Walnut shrimp, sesame Chicken and Thai Basil chicken. All were perfect and reminded us of pre celiac days. Dedicated fryer and a gluten free menu made ordering easy. Our server Kevin was great too.
Amazing place. Great food. Gluten free menu. Wonderful staff. No issues. Cannot recommend highly enough.
This was the most satisfying "tradional American style Chinese food" (if that makes sense) that I have had in years. I had the sesame chicken, and it basically reminded me of my childhood. My friend was kind enough to order the "Egg plant special" gf so we could share. That was also delicious! Large front and back page gf menu. I wish I lived closer so I could come back and try a bunch of the other choices.
Ordered online to pick up. Delicious food, didn’t get sick after. Easy way to order, everything is marked. Staff is aware. During pick up lady assured me that everything was gluten free. Soy sauce on a side was marked GF as well. Definitely gonna come back :)
They just keep adding more and more things that are gluten free! They also have a dedicated fryer and this is one of the only places even remotely near us where my daughter can eat fried food. She likes too many things here to list them all. We have eaten here dozens of times since her diagnosis and she’s never gotten sick.
I have celiac disease and have eaten here about 20 times. It is my go-to place for Asian food. They're very careful with preparing and cooking gluten-free food. I'm extremely sensitive to gluten and have never had an issue. Their food is also delicious!
I love this place. They have a gluten free menu online and I’ve never had a problem with getting sick. Just tell them it’s gluten free and enjoy some awesome Asian food. I love the grilled sesame beef skewers, honey walnut shrimp and the beef and potatoes entree. I’m so glad I found this place.
This is now my go-to restaurant. Food is good, and I've never had a reaction when I get noodles. I've not been very adventurous, so I'd stay on the safe side and not get anything fried, like other commenters have mentioned. The noodles, rice, and soup dishes are good enough on their own anyway!
We were told that there was a separate fryer for gf items...found out the hard way this wasn’t true.
I am going to list them safe for celiac as long as you have the dishes that are not fried. Anything fried is in a shared frier so do NOT eat these items. I had the snappy honey stir fry with shrimp. The flavor was so-so and there were only 5 shrimp in my dish compared to other people's food that was piled high with chicken or pork. The service was good and the waiter was knowledgeable about cross contamination which was great. I would not go out of my way for this restaurant but it isn't bad if you're in the area. I am celiac and did not get sick. I give 3 stars because their gf menu was filled with breaded items and the flavor was bland and the protein portion just was too little for the price.
Excellent! Had pad Thai shrimp off the gluten free menu. No problem 😊
I love their Pho! I went to Valentine's day and I was shocked how many gluten free options they had.
Picked up some orange chicken, and beef and potatoes. The place was PACKED! Even so I got my order in a decent amount of time, and the waitstaff were really nice and on top of things. The gf orange chicken is breaded!! Super yummy too!! Highly recommend! I will post a pic.
Very large gluten free menu. My favorite part is the give me my own gluten free soy sauce with my rice, that says "gluten free soy sauce" right on it. A lot of Chinese/Vietnamese places to do not do that. Always happy.
Unfortunately, the GF breading is NOT safe for celiacs because they do not have a dedicated fryer. The waiter said they have never had a problem but I didn't want to risk it. I ordered the Pad Thai with pork; it was fresh, the portion was enough for two meals and the waiter brought extra GF soy sauce. I plan to return to try other GF items as their menu has a decent number of options.
Dee-licious. Breaded, yes I said breaded, chicken which was gluten-free. Derrick was a knowledgeable waiter, respectful of our gf restrictions. Memorable dinner. Will definitely return.
My wife and I visited Orchid to celebrate our anniversary. The owner was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and actually told us that all but one type of bread/breading are made from chickpea flour. The food was excellent and we have a new favorite restaurant that we feel safe and comfortable to eat at. They also have a lunch buffet available daily for only $9.99!
