I ordered pasta and they confirmed my allergy with the chef and were aware of what celiac is. They cooked my pasta in separate water and noted that it was gluten free when they brought it over. Everything we got was very good (vodka sauce, clams, and choppedish salad).
(Note: I am asymptomatic Celiac, but felt very confident that they were capable of handling my food.)
