Review of Organic Bites

So, there are about 5 things on the menu that are listed as GF... however, there are zero substitutions offered or accepted. There’s hummus that looked delicious - but it comes on crostini and they wouldn’t sub vegetables. The staff did not seem like they understood celiac, or that they even cared. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
