Got there around 6:30, place was completely empty, so very short wait time for our food. Had the Chicken Chirijo which was delicious. Chicken, rice, pico de gallo, plantain chips in a type of broth. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what was GF.

Great place for gluten free! Many options plus gluten free bread which is a rarity in CR. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Also had a small range of gf cereal. Not cheap but if you’ve had enough of rice, beans and plantain it’s very welcome

To echo the other reviews, this place is great!! They have a ton of gluten free (and also mostly vegetarian) options, everything I’ve tried has been delicious and fresh. My server was super nice and knowledgeable and assured me that my meals were safe for someone with celiac.

This place is a treasure. So many gf options for breakfast and lunch, and their coffee and smoothies are amazing too. The food is not only fresh and healthy, but beautifully presented. My son and I who both have celiac were so impressed. I had fish tacos for lunch and went back for breakfast for the banana pancakes. A little more expensive, but totally worth it.

Not everything is GF here, but we felt very safe eating. Menu items are clearly marked GF, many note that GF substitutions can be made (e.g.burher buns), and I felt the staff understood what we needed. Bonus: the food was delicious! Would recommend.

A lovely place with loads of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu, as well as lots of plant-based options. I had the chicken sandwich which was quite good, and the wedges were delicious! The rest of my family isn’t gf but they all really enjoyed it, the only thing is that it is quite expensive (especially the drinks, although the smoothies were incredible to be fair)

We had a great experience here. Everything is marked on their menu and 80% of it is gluten free. Most of what isn’t, is breakfast items. They were very careful with our celiac order. We had the Coral Pasta (which actually is GF), the Mahi-Mahi Tacos, and smoothies. Everything was outstanding and the service was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience here. We are here twice, gluten free chicken sandwich (the bread was the best bread I have tasted) and homemade potato wedges/chips. It is expensive as they add service and tax onto bill so bare that in mind. Also had the cookie ice cream dessert, it came out very small and the cookie was quite hard so wouldn’t go for a dessert again but the sandwich was incredible. Very friendly staff and helpful too

I was so tired of having casado everywhere and we found this place. Practically everything on the menu is gluten-free. I have to eat dairy free too and there were lots of choices. I had the avocado cream shrimp pasta and it was delicious. We had the three dips(hummus, guacamole, and some kind of bean dip) with magic chips for an appetizer and this also was delicious. They have a shop here that has some gluten-free pastas, crackers, cookies, etc. if you are looking for these. I was so happy when we're left- I will definitely return.

We went twice in 3 days! The staff all spoke good English and were helpful with all of my questions. Great variety of food. The Essence of Pura Vida was good, mahi tacos were great. Smoothies were good too. It was relatively expensive, but for the quality of the food it was worth it!

Fantastic food and no problems as a celiac!! I am not an “organic enthusiast,” but the mahi tacos and gf pasta were very unique and delicious. Also recommend the fruit smoothies (not unnecessarily sweet) and banana ice cream dessert! Almost everything is gluten free. Enjoy!
