Used to be very good, then the GF buns started becoming very dry and inedible. Called the manager, never got a call back. Will never go there again.
Separate fryer for fries and also dedicated cooking area for buns
Yes
It was alright. The place was too much like a fast food restaurant in atmosphere and taste of the food. Honestly this is my least favorite burger spot for gluten free food.
So they knew a lot about gluten. But the buns were cardboard. Loved the tots. But dang guys. Don't charge more for nasty buns that fall apart. Try udis or canyon bakehouse.

WOW! This place deserves its name! They are friendly and very knowledgeable about celiac disease. The Gf buns are delicious (honestly). They have a dedicated fryer for fries and toaster for the buns! Highly recommended!
Had gluten free bun and gluten free fries. Cashier asked if I was celiac or just gluten sensitivity. I have celiac and did not feel any pain after my meal.
Yes
They will note on your order for the staff to change their gloves when making your burger. That combined with a dedicated fryer and GF buns will get me back!
Yes
High risk of cross-contamination. I paid dearly for it.
No
That might be the best gf bun we have ever had. Also the fries and tater tots were excellent. Makes me wish we lived here instead of passing through.
Best GF bun ever! Very tasty and fries! Oh happy no cross contamination fries 🤗
Great burger and fries! They asked if it was an allergy or a lifestyle. Let them know it's an allergy (easier to understand). They changed gloves to make my meal. Loved it!
Yes
They change their gloves and follow an allergy protocol when making gf burgers. Lots of gf topping choices, including sauerkraut, which is excellent on a burger. They saute their caramelized onions and mushrooms in sunflower oil. And the gf bun... oh my God, that incredible bun. Locally made at a dedicated gf bakery, it's the best thing I have ever eaten. Ever. It's like a soft buttery baking powder biscuit with enough spongy texture to keep it from falling apart. Tastes way better then the "toasted clay"-like buns at Subway and doesn't have that off flavor of Udi's. It's so delicious I would choose the gf bun over the traditional bun every time (I had their traditional bun before I learned I can't eat gluten.) I have tried a LOT of gf burgers around PDX and this is by far the absolute best one out there.
delicious food and great service. happily eat here every time we're in Portland.
Gluten free bun is soft and tasty. Fries from dedicated fryer. Everything tastes fresh and delicious.
Yes
Gluten free bun was warm, tasty, and not crumbly!
Yes
Love that I can get a safe burger, but each time I've been slightly disappointed. On my third visit my bun was cold and a cold gf bun = a crumbling bun. A lot of options for building a burger. Maybe I've just had poor luck...
I wrote to them and they promptly responded regarding both Cascade and Wilsonville locations: Dedicated fryer for sides like french fries and tots. Dedicated toaster for gf buns. Line cooks change gloves when receive a gf order.
Yes
Great good great service take lots precautions not to cross contaminate. Went to Wilsonville one only but assuming they r the same
Yes
very knowledgeable place when it comes to celiac and other food allergies! AWESOME Place and highly recommend from a very sensitive celiac
In Portland for work from out of town. I ate there four times. I have celiac sprue and am very sensitive to C.C. Every experience was great. I highly recommend this place.
Yes
We just went and ordered our first burger, drove 30 mins to get there, very knowledgeable, voluntarily made sure cook knew strict GF, very good custom made burger, jensen bun and GF fries, tater tots and fried pickles. Very fast in service and friendly staff.
Yes
I ordered too much the first time. The only down side is that it's expensive for a burger joint, but the portions are large. They have a ton of options to create your own burger and I was told that all their sauces all gf.
Yes
Yum! Create your own burger. Gf buns made from a local gf bakery. Delicious. Soft but doesn't fall apart. Safe fries that were crispy! They offered to change gloves for my celiac, which I really appreciated. Clean, trained staff and yummy!
The burger on a GF bun was very tasty. They have a "build your own" option, so I customized mine with mushrooms, avocado and pepper jack. My husband got the original Wow burger and said it was good. Kids had corn dog (seemed fine), chicken strips (a little overbooked and he didn't want to eat them) and beef slider (seemed fine). Fries were run of the mill fast food style. Nothing special. Atmosphere is clean, service was friendly and fast. Would come again.
I eat gluten free for my celiac gf and this place actually tasted like non gluten food :D no thick buns... no stiff fries... will definitely be coming back lol
By far the best burger I have had since I found out I was gluten intolerant. Their bun is similar to others I have found at restaurants, but they take the time to toast it and make it taste better. They are very enthusiastic about making sure you know what is gluten free, and the fries are the first fries I have had that have been "gluten free" with out making me feel sick immediately afterwards. I have been here a couple times and plan on returning frequently.
Great burger! The bun wasn't too dry and had a good texture. It's courtesy of Jensen's Bread (http://jensensbread.com/), and held up about as well as a normal fast food bun. I ended up getting mine to go, and I was very happy that the bun hadn't just shredded in transit by the time I got to eat it.
The fries weren't that good - they reminded me of Burger King fries - but overall a tasty meal and a very positive experience!
Yes
I was super impressed. They have a separate area and fryers to do all gluten free items. One of the best GF bums I have had. Staff is very knowledgeable about GF also. I look forward to going back!
