Used to go to this restaurant before I knew about the celiac, glad I can still go. Arepas themselves are gf, and as long as your filling isn’t fried, it should be safe. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Called ahead and all of the arepas can be made gluten free. I ordered one of the pernil arepas that normally comes with sweet plantains in it, they noted that those are fried in shared oil so they made mine without the plantains. I felt very safe ordering here and did not feel sick at all. Ordered a Caipirinha to drink and it was authentic and delicious! Definitely will return.

Excellent! One of the best meals I've had. Everything made here is gluten free; the items on the menu that contain gluten are shipped in. Lots of choices of arepas and safe for Celiac!

Delicious! And the staff was knowledgable about what was GF on the menu.

The food here is so good! Very good sangria too.
The arepas are gluten free and delicious! I order them every time. The plantains are made in a shared fryer, so those are a no go unfortunately

I have been here multiple times and each time the server and owner are incredibly knowledgeable about gluten and celiac. Most of the menu is (naturally) gluten free and is delicious.

We had a great experience here, the servers understood cross contamination and let us know to stay away from everything that is fried. I had the beef and cheese arepa as well as the chicken area, and it was great.
