I am actually the operator of Boog’s barbecue. I have been there for 29 years. I have celiac disease and we take great lengths to make sure nobody gets sick. Everything is available gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, peanut free and fish free. The only thing with eggs is the Udi’s roll. There is no extra charge for gluten-free rolls.
