The new owner has celiac and his wife is a baker. They make very tasty cookies and muffins that are gluten-free and prepared safely away from gluten-containing items. They are careful not to contaminate these items because they personally have to live gluten-free. They don't charge extra for the gluten-free sweets. 3 bucks will get you a giant cookie. Highly recommend, for both safety and quality.
