Welcome to Utqiagvik (Barrow)! I asked the server if they could accommodate gluten free and they said “no problem!” Come prepared to guide them a bit, but they’ll help you out! So for sushi, remember no soy sauce, no imitation crab, no wasabi, no crunchy toppings, etc. They replaced the imitation crab with salmon and my food was delicious. Miso soup is GF, same with edamame. Good luck up here y’all!
