We informed our server that we had a gluten allergy, he seemed confused so I tried to explain further. I ordered a steamed shrimp roll, with no “crunchy” because I am allergic to “crunchy” and asked for it to be made 1st before the other order with new gloves and on a separate plate. I also ordered a cucumber roll in the same manner. I asked for GF soy sauce as well. I was given packaged GF soy sauce but the sushi roll was plated on the same plate as other rolls that did contain gluten and definitely was in cross contact, crunchy topping was all over the bottom. When I asked to have it remade they said but it is no gluten. I’m not sure avoiding cross contact is a concern of theirs at all.
