I love hibachi and was so surprised that I could actually eat here! I tested with my Nima and it came back gluten free even! They made my steak and chicken hibachi in the back and used a separate gluten free soy sauce. The waitress told me the soups and sauces are NOT gluten free but they did have Hidden Valley Ranch for the salad. Love having a fun place to eat!
