I go with my partner who has Celiac, and they are so knowledgeable, they place us at our own grill spot to eliminate contamination, switch out our soy sauce for the GF tamari soy sauce they keep on hand, and once even called us when we ordered take out to let us know they switched our soup to the GF miso and warned us the salad dressing had gluten. They are fantastically celiac-friendly, their food is delicious and fresh, and they are one of the few restaurants in the REGION open on Mondays!

I came with friends for hibachi and checked the review before and hoped that they were correct in the good things about the service. I am happy to say that they were. I told my server that I was gluten free, and immediately he said that my food was going to be made in the back. He said I could order anything off the menu and they would make it gluten free. When he came out with the salad and soups I had different salad dressing and different soup in different colored bowls without even having to ask. I am incredibly happy with the service and how proactive the servers were, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone gluten free as long as they have clear communication with their server.

Our waiter was not knowledgeable. He kept saying “not sure” or “I don’t know”. We had to ask him to check ingredients. Sushi was ok.

I posted a year ago that this place was safe...but then I got sick. Sushi rolls must have some cross-contamination :/
Staff is super knowledgeable about what has even trace amounts of gluten. We ordered some basic rolls that looked pretty safe, and then I asked for gf soy sauce once our order came and it turned out a few of them (California roll, spicy tuna) had tiny amounts of gluten and they were quick to let me reorder and inform me of what was safe. I’m not celiac and have never noticed feeling ill from eating those in the past, but now I know! It would be nice if they offered more rolls and fun sauces that didn’t contain soy sauce or crunch, but they’re very accommodating and you really don’t have to worry about something getting mixed up.
No gluten free menu, but the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They even double and triple checked with me on my order! They also have Tamari GF Soy Sauce and are able to accommodate hibachi orders. I’m not sure if they use a separate grill for this, however they were even careful to make sure that the GF items were on a separate plate.
