Went here based on the good reviews, got the GF menu and started asking questions and about half of the items marked GF indeed contained gluten or were fried in a shared fryer. Server was really helpful in figuring out what would work for me and I didn’t get sick. Didn’t feel totally confident or comfortable. If you go ask many questions bc the GF menu is inaccurate.
Their website says that they offer gluten free tempura and I called to make sure this was the case. However, once we got there and were ready to order our waitress informed us that the fryer was not only used for gluten free food. They do have quite a few gluten free options and the food is good. It just unfortunate that the fried options aren’t truly gluten free.
I was recommended by a friend to try this place out because my GF has celiac. We went here this past Monday. They had gotten slammed right before we came in. It seemed to only be one server and bartender. They got to us as quick as they could. Which was pretty quick. By the time they got to use we were ready to order everything. I had a beer and two rolls and she had the bibimbop bowl? It's a giant stone bowl with deliciousness inside and the stone bowl keeps it pipping hot. The bartender who was a tall skinny brunette/blonde/redhead was super cool and attentive. The server a shorter blonde girl with a very friendly smile even checked in on us. Food was astonishing and came out fast even after them being swamped. We will 100% be in again and they have found some people to easily promote the place. Keep up the good work!!
