Wir bei Oshione fertigen rein glutenfreie Brote und Backwaren aus natürlichen Zutaten, Sauerteig und ohne Zusatzstoffe - Von Herzen gebacken, mit Aromen und Erinnerungen aus der Kindheit.
Alles begann mit einem Bananenbrot auf dem Wochenmarkt. Vor ziemlich genau zwei Jahren haben wir dann endlich in der Katzbachstraße 25 in Kreuzberg unseren ersten Café-Laden eröffnet. Neben leckeren Zimtschnecken, einer Vielzahl an aromatischen Sauerteigbroten, servieren wir auch Pizza, Sandwiches und viele verschiedene leckere Backwaren. Alles 100% glutenfrei und handgemacht in Berlin.

Delicious!! And lots of variety. I tried the potato pocket, lemon curd danish, croissant, and sourdough cinnamon bun. The danish was my favorite overall, but the potato pocket was great as a more savory lunch/snack.

Amazing completely gluten free bakery. Love their breads, sour-dough cinnamon rolls (and chocolate rolls), brioche… they even have croissants and petits pains au choccolat. And usually some savory stuff
