We informed the staff of celiac disease when making the booking and we’re told separate (clean) pan would be used, clean utensils, etc. When we arrived, we were briefed by the staff what things were safe to order. Most steak orders arrive on a butchers block but ours arrived on a clean pan to eliminate any chance of cross contamination. Will definitely come back.
Update: I’ve been back twice and can’t praise this place highly enough. I’ve always gone home with a full, happy belly. They are so nice and are very attentive to dietary needs even with a full house. Not to mention they’re my favorite steak house in SG (even before I knew I had celiac)
