Much of their menu is gluten-free, and I believe they don’t fry anything containing gluten. Their website clearly lists what contains gluten. Staff are happy to change gloves!

Their allergen guides are very extensive and easy to read. They have multiple forms breaking down dairy free/gluten free/egg free as well as other allergens. Large portions and delicious!
