DISGUSTING. Nightmarish. The food is awful, unsafe, pre packaged garbage. The owners of this establishment are even worse. How they handle allergies is atrocious and they bully you about your allergy. I have never had such a disrespectful experience at an establishment in my entire life. This place literally tried to poison me with gluten that I specifically TOLD them about in advance. I was TOLD what I ordered was SAFE. It certainly was not. I questioned my food and the waitress when to get the manager. When the manager came out, she blamed me for not knowing the ingredients in their food. Gaslighting at its best. Instead of a Simple Apology for serving A PAYING CUSTOMER something I was allergic to, she would not stop hounding me and gaslighting me. Direct quote “Everyone knows there’s orzo in rice pilaf. Everyone! You should know this.” Oh so you intentionally tried to poison me after I told you about my gluten allergy? It is not up to me to know what is in YOUR food. See, the thing is, I do not eat rice pilaf from a BOX. I have always made it myself or had it from a reputable establishment. And if you research MANY rice pilaf recipes online, holy smokes there is NO orzo. Sorry my idea of a good meal doesn’t consist of Rice A Roni like this place. This woman kept going and going. It was absolutely atrocious. I have never experienced such rude and narcissistic behavior from a restaurant in my life. Do not step foot in this place. You will be served ill-prepared, overpriced, pre-packaged food & possibly some anaphylaxis to go along with it. A tourist trap. So unprofessional. So UNSAFE. I have dined in everything from a little dive to multiple star Michelin restaurants. I have never, ever experienced such rudeness and disregard for someone’s HEALTH.
