The staff were very aware of gluten safety and cross-contamination issues. They have gf pasta and can make any pasta dish with it, amd they understand how to keep the food truly gf. There are things in most of the dishes that have been cooked with gluten-containing ingredients, though, so the actual options for celiacs are very limited. It's nice to have *any* nice restaurant I can go to when people I'm with want to go out, but I felt envious of the much more tantalizing dishes my companions were able to eat (I had to get a sausage pasta because every seafood dish would have gluten in it).
