Die Köche achten sehr auf Kontaminationen und sind über das Thema "Zöliakie" aufgeklärt. Es gibt alle Pasta-Gerichte in glutenfrei. Als glutenfreie Nudelsorten gibt es Penne und Spaghetti. Auch jede Pizza ist glutenfrei möglich, bis auf die Pizza Calzone. Das ist aufgrund des fertigen glutenfreien Teiges nicht möglich. Wenn man möchte, bekommt man vorab glutenfreies Brot mit Dip, das lecker in Olivenöl angeröstet ist. Also ich bin wirklich überzeugt und mache mir keine Sorgen, dort zu essen. Personal und Ambiente sind top. Absolute Empfehlung!
