Waiter had great knowledge of what was gluten free. He answered all my questions, and communicated what was gluten free when dropping off food.
They were willing to make anything gluten free by taking out specific ingredients. Our party was a mix of celiac and non allergic members, so we asked for gluten sauces to be kept separate.
They had temarii soy sauce in a separate clearly labeled container. The tempura is not gluten free.
