Knowledgeable staff, warned us away from snow crab and ponzu sauce (which is in a lot of their dishes). Unable to offer substitutions without an additional charge.
Would be nice to have a separate menu.

Waiter had great knowledge of what was gluten free. He answered all my questions, and communicated what was gluten free when dropping off food.
They were willing to make anything gluten free by taking out specific ingredients. Our party was a mix of celiac and non allergic members, so we asked for gluten sauces to be kept separate.
They had temarii soy sauce in a separate clearly labeled container. The tempura is not gluten free.
