What an absolute pleasure to be able to sit in a beautiful restaurant (after showing our vaccine passports) and see an actual allergen menu! The gluten free option abound, but I got the garlic bread and the Québécois pizza. The server was great, extremely friendly and the first thing he asked is if anyone had any allergies. I said I have celiac and am gluten free and they switched out my water glass and my cutlery. These are kept separate for guest safety and to alert the staff to the allergy. Even the gluten free water is in a separate pitcher to avoid cross contamination. The plates are red instead of white to ensure no mistakes are made. I highly recommend and would gladly eat here again!
