Off putting at first when asked about GF but later very helpful, running back to kitchen several times with my questions. I had a baked penne with bolognese sauce. It was very good and a huge serving, enough leftovers for another lunch and another dinner. Also, careful with the salad, and knew to leave croutons off without asking. All in all a good experience. Took a bit longer than normal because the chef had to boil fresh water for my pasta.
