Although I was excited to try this place out, the waffles are made from Oat Flour. So those who are sensitive to oats, even GF oats, like me can’t eat here. Just a heads up for the few of us who are still oat free.
100% would recommend this waffle place! Not only is the establishment completely gluten free- so no risk of any cross contamination, but its also dairy free too. Fantastic and super tasty.

Looks delicious but just be aware they use gf oat flour and gf oat milk to make the waffles. Sadly I am a coeliac who cannot eat gf oats so be aware if you also react :(
Absolutely amazing gf waffle ice cream cones!! Good gluten free waffles as well. Ice cream is vegan, and waffles can be vegan. Entire shop is gf.

Must visit in Brugge. Excellent waffles. Went multiple times.

Just about to visit this establishment and note per their website that their waffles are gluten free. Do note if relevant (have an allergy to oats) that the waffles are made from oats (and also, if relevant, they are not “gluten free” under the Australian and New Zealand definition of Gluten). Unfortunately I’ll have to pass.

Het was echt super lekker. Heel vriendelijk personeel. De wafels zijn super mooi en echt heerlijk. We hebben ook een ijsje gegeten op een koekje, ook dit was echt heerlijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We ate at Otto’s twice during our two days in Bruges. Their waffles are dedicated gluten and lactose free and delicious. We can highly recommend a visit if you are craving a Belgium waffle that you can safely eat.

First time I’ve found gluten free waffles abroad! The waffle itself was good, unfortunately the options of the flavours were a bit too elaborated to me and I found the mix of ingredients covering completely the waffle taste. It’s probably to impress the tourists, a bit disappointing but at least an option for us coeliac.

All waffles and toppings are gluten free, amazing experience in Brugge, with a small yard overlooking the canal. I am symptomatic and I was feeling good after eating here. Definitely recommended!
