Found this place by browsing the app when we wanted GF waffles.

A short walk from the main squares, not too far from the canals.

Small and super busy shop front with small seating area out back and couple of standing tables available

Waffles are all GF though made with oats (gluten free) and are beautifully presented with edible flowers etc amongst the toppings.

Fairly small for the price but tasty and safe and worth it to experience the true food of Belgium

Heerlijke wafel gegeten met verse aardbeien en slagroom topping. Daarna nog een lekker ijsje met gv hoorntje en een nog wafel mee voor later. Echt een aanrader, alles daar is glutenvrij. Aardige mensen. Zeker een bezoek brengen als je in Brugge bent!

Amazing gluten free waffles! Soft and delicious, not too sweet. Everything is supposed to be gluten free, but they do serve organic cola with barley malt in ingredients, so watch out for that! Otherwise bon appetit <3

This place was brilliant, very friendly and helpful staff, great topping options and all gluten free. I'm also dairy free so it was a bonus that it was also dairy free. I could have cream on my waffle - result! They also have dairy free ice cream if you are ok with soy. Definitely check this place out if you are in Bruges.
