war heute da und anfangs unsicher, ob ich überhaupt was essen kann. bedienung super nett. hab dann einen "burger" ohne bun und mit fleisch patty (das normale ist gluten, da seitan) gegessen und pommes dazu. patty wird mit dem glutenen gegrillt, aber es wurde in der küche bescheid gegeben und drauf aufgepasst. nicht zu 100% safe, aber ich hatte keine beschwerden und bin sonst sehr empfindlich. wir waren eine große gruppe, hab deswegen nicht allzu viel nachgefragt, aber personal ist kompetent
