O restaurante não é 100% gluten free. Mas os crepes salgados são feitos de trigo sarraceno, os recheios não tem glúten e acompanham uma salada de folhas verdes, cenoura, beterraba e pepino. Avisando ser celíaco/a o chef tem o cuidado de higie nizar tudo. Comi 3x lá. Delicioso!
