I did not have a good experience here and was given gluten.
I told our waitress from the beginning I had an allergy and asked what things i could eat. The Thai short ribs were labeled gluten free and she told me they were, she also made a note of it on my ticket for the kitchen. From the first bite, I tasted some sort of soy. I stopped eating it, asked our waitress, she went back to the kitchen and confirmed, the short ribs had a soy glaze on them. I was so disappointed and now not feeling well. I’m super cautious with my allergy so it’s really disappointing. I would not recommend coming here.
Lovely atmosphere, numerous gluten free main options; however, even though it says gluten free, it may not be safe for those with Celiac. There is not a dedicated gluten free fryer so the chance for cross contamination is possible. Thanks to the knowledgeable waitress, I avoided the cross contamination and ate safe, flavorful options. It would be helpful for the restaurant to remove items that are prepared in the shared fryer off the gluten free menu as they are NOT gluten free.
My youngest daughter is celiac, my oldest is gluten intolerant, and I am gluten intolerant. We are allergic to dairy, as well. We felt safe here. The menu was marked with a clear symbol for gluten free items. The serving staff was knowledgeable concerning the dairy allergies. The kitchen was open, so we could see the food being prepared. The atmosphere was fun, but sophisticated. The ingredients were fresh, but the dishes were all over-salted.
Excellent place to eat for Celiac. The chef came out and confirmed how they are setup for all allergies. I recommend reservations because it’s busy. They have 4-6 options and not just salad. They have a family meal with Short Ribs that is so good and they prepare it so everyone including me could enjoy the dish. So good.
