Review of Out of the Fire Cafe

In the middle of rural Pennsylvania I didn't hold great hope for GF options, but Out of the Fire Cafe was a great end to a day at Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob (two nearby Frank Lloyd Wright houses). The waitress was knowledgeable and the menu was labeled, which made ordering easy. I had the coconut crusted salmon and it was outstanding. For dessert I had bananas foster. Holy cow, it was amazing! The hot tea that topped off my meal was a nice organic earl grey. This is not the sort of place I would bring children or anyone who prefers "eating" over "dining" because the artful blending of flavors, textures, and colors would be lost in them. Sit on the patio if you can. The mountain view and the soft breeze made the whole experience even better.
