Knowledgeable staff and very reliable in my opinion. All the GF pastries are on the top shelf, so crumbs from non-GF won’t fall onto them. GF pies are all made separately and isolated from non-GF pies.

One of the most knowledgeable celiac aware establishments I’ve been to that isn’t strictly gf. All gf items are prepared, kept and heated in a separate area & microwave. Heaps of celiac safe gf pies. Dessert items all kept on top shelf away from gluten containing items.
