Review of Outback Steakhouse

Food was delicious! However, when my salad came out and I asked to confirm it was gluten free, the person who brought it to me looked like she didn't know and didn't care. Upon inspection, it was obvious the croutons had just been taken off the salad, leaving crumbs behind. Our waitress gladly got me a new one, but it seems like they should take more precautions when it's made clear that an item NEEDS to be gluten free due to celiac disease.
