They've added literal slices of bread to orders that are marked as gluten free. They have the option to make things GF, but that kitchen staff can't keep it together.
We've gotten desperate while being out and needing food and tried them again, being extremely explicit as to ask for keeping the GF-marked items safe, and they gluten'd my partner again. They're absolutely terrible at GF at this location, just skip it.
Severely glutened last night. I have eaten here in the past and been ok, not completely fine, but ok. Last night had a severe reaction within 20 minutes. Had a sirloin, loaded baked potato and salad. Salad served with croutons! Sent it back after telling them it would have to be completely remade. All very cordial and professional. Thought things would be ok. It was not! Still suffering this morning. And since we live over an hour away the ride home was NOT easy!
staff is very helpful and if they don't know ow the answer they find it for you. They are very cautious about gf needs. From my experience, every time I've eaten there, my waiter / waitress has at least heard of a gf diet if not known how to be careful of it. I don't have any worries when I eat here. If only Texas roadhouse could take some lessons from them....
I was pleasantly surprised that there was a gluten free menu which clearly marked what was safe for me to eat. I was also excited about the gluten free chocolate brownie dessert and it did not disappoint. Service was great, but most of the food had way too much butter and was soggy.
