My son brought me here while we were visiting Orlando for a concert. It was literally a magical experience. Our server was amazing and took great care with my gluten free order. The manager, Jason, helped to make it a really special nice. He made sure my birthday dessert was gluten free and was so gracious to my son and I, we were both very impressed. Highly recommend!!

Had steak and shrimp with a salad and.. dessert.. never do I have dessert.. absolutely fantastic.. owner came over and talked to us about the steps he has taken to be celiac friendly.. it was nice to be comfortable ordering dinner.. they have a gluten free menu , you will need a regular menu for the prices but well worth it..
LOVED! Great GF meanu. Just need to request it. The prime rib was not listed on the GF menu, but it is GF and that is what I ordered! It was fantastic!

I was very stressed about our vacation to Orlando do to all 4 of my kids having celiac and corn issues. We ate 4 times at this restaurant because they were so great!! They made our vacation the best it could have been!! One very happy mom!!
Great experience at this restaurant! My husband, mother in law, and I ordered off of the gluten free menu. There were a lot of options to eat, and our waitress assured us it would be marked on our ticket and our meals would be prepared in a separate area and brought out separately. Food was great and no cross contamination issues for me!
WOW. Not normally "chain restaurant people," we came here because our GF son (severe allergy) really wanted a burger. My husband and I are also GF (highly sensitive). After an exhausting day at Discovery Cove AND Sea World, we were so thrilled to be accommodated SO well. Our server was VERY friendly and helpful. Most impressive was the owner, Chris, who came to our table multiple times - before ordering, while making our food with a question, and after we received it to make sure everything was ok. Everything was prepared and brought out separately from our non-GF son's food, and they even cooked our GF son's burger in foil to prevent cross contamination on the grill. EXCELLENT meal and SUPER accommodating staff and owner. GREAT MEAL...a wonderfully stress-free way to end a long (but fun) day!!! Special thanks to Chris, and Kat, our server!!! They were fantastic! :-)

Felt comfortable eating here. They have a gluten free menu and waiter was aware. Got steak, baked potato, grilled veggies. Their dessert was very tasty too. I asked how their brownie was gluten free and the server didn’t know. He came back and told me how they prepare it and use gluten free flour.
Thanks so much for having a great Gluten-Free Menu! I stopped in after a 9 hour flight and the Bleu Cheese Wedge salad, baked potato, margarita & ribs really hit the spot! No reaction! Staff must be well trained & knowledgeable about cross contamination!
I’m celiac and told the wait staff and was clear about the severity of the disease. I ordered the ribeye with salad and mashed potatoes (all of the special gluten free menu). Went home sick and the next day tested our leftovers with a nima tester. Came back positive for gluten. Can’t recommend this place to anyone.
In short, salad was nothing special. Lettuce, old tomatoes, cheese, sprinkle of bacon. Not really attentive staff. Eat at your own risk. Waiter was non existent. Awaiting reaction...Wanted to have another place to eat. They have a huge gf menu!
Staff was AMAZING and menu is pretty extensive for being GF in this area. I ordered from the GF menu and my husband did not. After putting the order in, our waitress came back to talk to me because my husband ordered food that was not GF and she wanted to be sure that I knew what could make me sick. Can't wait to go back!
Had no problems. Good food and no reaction. Happy to say it is the same as any other Outback I’ve eaten at across multiple states in terms of gluten aware. One of the things I’ve taken to since a server offered it last year is to order the Caesar salad with crumbled egg instead of croutons.
When I asked waiter to let a manager know I have Celiac, which is a severe allergy to gluten, the manager came to my table to reassure me about their safe practices to avoid cross-contamination. I’m currently eating according to the AIP Protocol, which is much more difficult. They were awesome to accommodate all of my specifications. I had a steak and shrimp seasoned with only salt, a salad with no gluten, dairy, or nightshades, and a sweet potato with just cinnamon sprinkled on top. It was a great feeling to eat out while on AIP! I didn’t get sick at all.
I would not recommend this place if you are celiac. Ordered off the GF menu and the kitchen staff majorly messed up. I got sick before I left the restaurant.
Host did not really have clue but went in and spoke to server and he was very knowledgeable about celiac and ensuring no cross contamination. He said most things on regular menu can be made gluten free even though there is a dedicated gluten free menu. I had salmon and my 9 year old had chicken off Joey's menu and we both enjoyed our meals. We had chocolate thunder down under for dessert and that was delicious. Nil issues later.
Staff seemed aware and careful when bringing gluten free menu items to the table. My son had no reactions following the meal. Would be nice if they could offer a gluten free fryer. Menu is pricey for a chain, but a good option to add to our local list.
It was a great place!I had a chicken and everyone else had ribeyes.Our waiter knew the answer to all of our celiac questions.My daughter had the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under and I split a cheesecake with her friend.Aussie Rules!They really understood.
Amazing experience. I am very very sensitive to gluten. The manager came out to assure me that they take allergies very seriously, told me the chefs will change their gloves. He Showed me their gluten free menu and explained the ingredients in the amazing chocolate dessert. They even paid for the dessert for us. This will be my new go to place!!
