Review of Outback Steakhouse

Our waitress was slammed, but the restaurant seems pretty good at handling gluten. All additional servers verified that I was gluten free and despite already having done research and knowing what to order they still told me what was/was not gluten free. They also have a brownie that's gluten free and to die for!
