Review of Outback Steakhouse

They have a separate GF menu with decent options. The manager came over and described the safety protocols they use in the kitchens for allergies & Celiac -- sounded very thorough. My food was good, classic Outback, and they even have a GF fudge brownie sundae dessert. I was impressed.
