I've eaten here twice. Both time I ordered from the gf menu. I ordered the steak and mates steak and shrimp combo. The first time my shrimp came out sitting on top of a slice of bread on my plate. So the next visit I was very clear to the waiter that any gluten coming in contact with my food would make me sick. I told him about the previous experiences (also happened another time at a different location) and asked that he please speak with the kitchen to let them know. Oh absolutely he said! He would go do that right away. Fast forward to a little whole later. My food arrives.. my shrimp sitting on my plate on top of a slice of bread. I was so frustrated I cried. No apology from anyone. I will never eat at another Outback again. This also happened at the Nashville TN location last mothers day.

We just went this month and requested gluten free French fries for my six year old. Our waitress was unsure about it and decided to ask. Apparently the fryer shares (cross contamination risk) and they couldn’t offer her anything. She ended up eating a bowl of strawberries. It was extremely disappointing because we’ve been accommodated at other outback’s in FL where we are from.

The best gluten free dessert around, the brownie is amazing.

Celiac
Had the steak and it was fantastic. Also had their asparagus. Never any symptoms
Never have had a problem eating here!
Excellent menu and food is delicious! They even have a dessert option :)
Ate there Sunday night. Kind of pricey for a chicken breast & baked potato. Although waitress was pleasant service was pretty slow - especially since they were not crowded.

Phillip Morris had a gluten free girls back. He pointed me in the right direction on the menu and made sure all of my food was safe to eat. Staff like this make you feel safe to enjoy your meal without the nagging fear of getting served something you can’t have. I will definitely be back for excellent service.

I’m from out of state and our Outback closed so I’m always excited when I find one! I was diagnosed with celiac in 2002 - back then no one knew what gluten was and Outback was one of the first restaurants to offer a gluten free menu
Stopped in for lunch, their gf menu is pretty much updated/current (2023)
Server was knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free told me the chef will cook my chicken on foil on the grill
Had salad w ranch dressing, chicken on the Barbie , and loaded baked potato
I usually get the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under (gf brownie with gf ice cream) it’s sooooo good but it’s shareable size and I was alone…. I could eat it by myself but saving the calories so if you do go here save room for it so you can order!

The waitress's grandmother had celiac so she was very knowledgeable. My daughter ordered the steak and fruit for kids. Also she got a lemonade and vanilla ice cream. The waitress (Jill I think?) made sure the kitchen staff changed gloves and everything. She did not bring out bread at our request. Their GF menu was pretty large. I ordered a grilled chicken salad for myself.
