I have dined here dozens of times since 2006. When I had surgery at Albany memorial hospital in 2006 and the hospital kept trying to feed me gluten (I am a very sensitive celiac) this restaurant gave me my meal for free when they learned my family was bringing the food to me in the hospital. They have also never made me ill even once.

My daughter ordered the Alice springs chicken off the gf menu and specified that she needed it prepared gf for celiac. She ordered mashed potatoes for her side. When the waiter brought it out the side was fries. We told him that if the fries were gf, it was ok as she would actually prefer fries. He said yes, the fries are gf and he had specified it to the kitchen. He had also told us he had worked there for a long time. My daughter had already eaten two fries when he came back to the table and told her not to eat them, he needed to check on it. He came back out and grabbed her plate and said he was wrong, they are not gf.

I've had good luck here - eaten dinner here many times and only got sick once.

I had given up on this chain and location after a few sub-par meals, but we had a gift card, so ya know...
I was ACTUALLY IMPRESSED with the food and service and gluten free menu! There may have been some kind of management overhaul or other type of shakeup, because the interior decor, the well-cooked steak, everything was night-and-day better than a year or so ago.
Give this place a second look. Chocolate Thunder GF dessert is STILL good as well.

Went there for my Bday and wasn't real impressed. We can cook a steak better. Grilled shrimp appetizer was ok lobster kinds rubbery. They were careful with my GF issues.
Staff is very gf knowledgeable, be menu is great. One of our favorite gf-friendly places!
They have a separate gluten free menu. Quite a lot of choices, something for everyone. Don't miss the dessert in particular! We had a delicious meal here, they take gluten-free options into account and a very friendly service.

Great place for Celiac. If you fill uncontrollably ask for a manager and they will reassure you and follow your order through the kitchen.

I had the Cobb salad and they did a fantastic job. They have a separate GF menu so be sure to ask for that.

Experience here was awful. I been to other outback’s and they were completely fine. Waited an hour and a half to be seated. Asked for the GF menu and the hostess forgot. Asked for a gf Caesar and it came out with croutons. We told him that we were gf and simply asked us “Why don’t you want croutons”. We decided to leave for the first time in my entire life because we didn’t feel safe. Outback is a great restaurant but DONTho to this one
