The were very knowledgeable and brought out all of my food separately.

I just got a steak, vegetables and a salad.

While Outback is known for being celiac friendly, this particular restaurant doesn't live up to its counterparts. Waitstaff was rude and flippant about my celiac condition. Against my better judgment, I trusted my past experiences with other Outback stores. In the end I was sick after just a few bites. I sent the food back and asked to speak to the manager. Not only did he not apologize or seem to care but he didn't even take my meal off the bill. This store gives Outback a bad name for an otherwise celiac friendly business.

This Outback did a really great job of handling GF. The waitress was very knowledgable. I would only encourage Outback to develop a nut free GF dessert.

UPDATE: As of today, there is NO DEDICATED FRYER. French fries are no longer safe!!! For this location, do not get the fries.

Chicken on the Barbie with ranch. So good. Order Caesar salad without croutons.

Terrible experience. Server told us all food would be labeled with a note that our food would be labeled gluten free for our allergies (after we mentioned our allergies...like he was a bit tired of hearing about them). My husband's salad came out with croutons and we had to send it back. My lunch came with a fry between the broccoli and ribs so half of my meal was unable to be eaten. Didnt even send it back. It's apparent the staff could not care less.

We ordered gluten free menu, reminded the attendant that we have gluten allergy and on my plate came a slice of wheat bread. I believe all the food was contaminated. It really wasn't a good experience. Maybe for those who don't have allergies, it's good.

No gluten free markings on new menu. Hostess nor waitress even knew what gluten was. We left.
