I ordered from the GF menu and told the waitress I had an allergy. I did not get the dish I ordered. The server who brought it was confused and the waitress thought she could just remove the crab cake and it would be fine. I eventually convinced her otherwise. They remade my meal. Considering my large party had to wait all that time, I think they really should have comped us something, free dessert or something. Update- got sick too, skip the St Pete location.
They have a separate menu which is very nice and while they can't guarantee cross contamination, I had no issues. My waiter was very knowledgeable and took great care with my order! They even offer a gf dessert which is more than just ice cream!!! Will return next I'm in St. Pete.
Ask for a gluten free menu and order as an allergy. They have a training team that has trained the staff to handle all gluten free items as allergies. They wash hands, change gloves, use clean equipment and utensils etc.
Your food usually comes out either by your specific waiter or a kitchen staff as soon as it is done to minimise risk.
The food is obviously a little limited. But they have brownie for dessert!
