Pros:
GF menu.
Server checked with kitchen when he didn’t know the answers to our allergy related questions.
Meal was yummy, but limited with a dairy allergy on top of gluten allergy.
Cons:
You still have to be very diligent.
They brought out a sauce on the side of my order after flagging my meal for allergies. I doubled checked with the server that it was safe and he ended up coming back and taking the sauce back since it did have dairy. Did get sick afterwards but still have to be very diligent and double and triple check.
Before ordering off the gluten free menu I let the waitress know that I had celiac disease and I would really appreciate any precautions that could be taken in the kitchen to prevent cross contamination. The waitress rolled her eyes at me and didn’t note my gluten allergy on the ticket. I did not feel comfortable eating here, didn’t eat the meal I ordered, and will not be coming back.
I've eaten here several times and the staff were knowledgeable and careful. Always nice to be able to order a big steak and veggies or mashed potatoes. Just make sure you let them know.
Ask for a gluten free menu and order as an allergy. They have a training team that has trained the staff to handle all gluten free items as allergies. They wash hands, change gloves, use clean equipment and utensils etc.
Your food usually comes out either by your specific waiter or a kitchen staff as soon as it is done to minimise risk.
The food is obviously a little limited. But they have brownie for dessert!
