Ask for the GF menu from the hostess or your waiter. All menu items and variations, if needed, are clearly shown there. In our experience, this location's waitstaff was well trained in GF needs (such as what it means to not cross contaminate). We met the manager here last year and his wife was Celiac. So he was passionate about educating the staff. KUDOS to them for doing it right!!! The Royersford location is decent as well. But the Reading location was far and away better educated on the issue.
