There is a GF menu and the waiter said the cook staff is very careful. However, restaurants are a tough place and I would not recommend if you are celiac. I ended up testing some food with my Nima and cross contamination is an issue. Sweet potato/broccoli tested together-gluten found. Alice Springs chicken off the GF menu - gluten found. Steak - smiley face. If you’re not super sensitive, they have a lot of options.
I was reassured by my server that I could eat safely here. She mentioned the gluten free list and I ordered off of that. I was sick 20 minutes after eating. Cross contamination is my guess.
The staff here all knew what Celiac is, and what I needed. There is a fair number of gluten free options, and my food tasted great. I did not get sick, and I'm usually very sensitive to cross contamination.

Despite my requests I had always received my salad w croutons and have to send it back for a new one. Because I believe most waiters/waitresses are either uneducated or uncaring, I hide a crouton or two inside the salad. The salads have come back with the hidden crouton on several occasions. I visit Outback with my family members that don't have Celiac, and the education of the servers appears better. I still don't trust them though.
I ordered of the gluten-free menu and it seemed like the waitress wanted to sabotage my meal she brought me a salad with hidden croutons in it and it was an absolute disaster if you go there and see a waitress name Amanda run!!! She cross contaminate gluten-free orders for fun Swan/grant
Ordered from GF menu. Rib eye, sweet potato and broccoli. Everything was great and didn't get cross contaminated with anything. Just wish they had GF beer or hard cider.

Very accommodating with allergies just need to let the server know or get a manager to let them know and they will discuss with the cook. They have a GF menu.
I have celiac and I'm very sensitive to cross contamination. As long as you communicate, they are very safe. I've eaten here many times and have never been sick!I highly recommend the Alice Springs chicken. I've also had lobster, Grilled shrimp, house salad, salmon, and many steaks. It's my go to in any state.
Decided to come here based on other positive reviews. They have a separate GF menu, you just need to ask. It has a ton of options on there and lists out any necessary modifications that need to be made. I ordered the lunch center cut sirloin with asparagus as my side. No reaction afterwards
They have an allergy menu online and will label your order gf. We had the worst server ever (he messed up at least three different things, a few twice), and the food was almost inedible. For the prices just go to medium rare. But it is safe.
We went for dinner and when it arrived there was bread under my shrimp. They quickly removed it and put in a reorder. The waitress and manager were very apologetic and my order was remade. They kept apologizing but everything was good. Would go back again.
