Review of Outback Steakhouse

i have dined at numerous outback steakhouses and across board the wait staff is poorly trained/educated re: gluten free diet. it was esp apparent at this location. waitress seemed bothered by my request for a gluten free salad. brought out incorrect salad and when manager notified waitress of mistake she commented, "some people are crazy." Clearly lack of education & major attitudes.
