the food was good and the bartender was helpful, but the way they serve bread leaves a lot of crumbs which makes me nervous. Feels kinda hit or miss.
Ask for a gluten free menu and order as an allergy. They have a training team that has trained the staff to handle all gluten free items as allergies. They wash hands, change gloves, use clean equipment and utensils etc.
Your food usually comes out either by your specific waiter or a kitchen staff as soon as it is done to minimise risk.
The food is obviously a little limited. But they have brownie for dessert!
