We went here last. I ordered the GF Aussie Cobb Salad. It came out with crispy chicken. I let the server know right away. The waitress came to tell me that there was two salads made back there and they grabbed the wrong one. They brought me out “another” which had grilled chicken. I started eating only to find pieces of the crispy chicken in the salad. They had taken the first salad back and picked the crispy salad off to replace with grilled chicken. My husband was more than upset. The manager came, I explained that I get TIA’s along with the stomach issues when I eat gluten. She personally made me another salad. They did not charge me for my salad but I was already sick. My husband had to help me walk out to the truck. Please DO NOT go to this one! They clearly DO NOT understand!

They have a separate GF menu.
I ordered my food dairy free, but my salad and potatoes came out with what looked like crumbles of cheese, or cheese that was taken off the salad and potato. I ate half the potato before I noticed, and once I noticed the manager offered to replace the potato with one without cheese, but I already ate half of it so damage was already done. I did get sick here- unsure if it was due to gluten or dairy but either way the cross contamination is concerning.

Ordered from gf menu. Knowledgeable wait staff, great Alice's chicken. My only concern was not having prices listed on menu.

I always trust the Outback chain as I have never gotten sick here. This was the first restaurant I ate at after moving to the area because I knew it was safe, and they did not disappoint. I ordered a mojito from the bar (gf bacardi, fresh lime and mint) and asked for the drink to be made in a new cup to avoid cross contamination. After ordering they came back asked about touching the mint leaves and if they needed to get new mint. The bar clearly knows as much about gf as the kitchen does. I was impressed.

I have celiac disease and I absolutely love Outback, they have a great gf menu and a separate cooking area. I never get sick from here
Yes
they have a separate GF menu just ask for it, had a filet, steamed broccoli no butter and a salad. I feel great! Waitstaff and cooks understand!
Great prime rib with two sides of vegetables. Never had any problems.
I love Outback...but make sure you check your salad before eating it. I ended up with a crouton in my mouth once. This was after the server made a big show of saying that it was a gf salad. I think someone picked off the croutons before giving me the salad. The manager made me a new one himself.
GREAT food but they could use a few more gf options. no buns:(

This restaurant is great if they're not busy. I went in the afternoon and it was a great experience. Then I went at night when it was busy and got a bit sick. so if its busy don't go if you're very sensitive, like me..
Staff is very understanding, and they take there time to do everything right. The steak is to DIE FOR, and t)3 salad was
My company wanted to order us a holiday lunch. We order with outback. My food was marked gluten free and put in its own bag. It was a great experience.

I went there for dinner with my boyfriend and explained to our server that i had celiac disease. He came back with a gluten free menu with a variety of options, i felt so comfortable eating there and my dinner was amazing! he explained to me that they take it very seriously and that he will explain to the cooks and write an extra note. It was an 100/10 experience for me.

I was on a trip to Splash Lagoon with family and was very hesitant to eat here as I get sick at one closest to where I live. I ate here with no issues! I got the wedge salad and loaded baked potato. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

This place was awful from our walk in to our overall experience! First thing when we got there the hostess told us that they only had one table available by the bar, but when I looked around only a few tables were occupied and mostly by the bar. She went on to instruct us that all the other tables were dirty!! My husband did not want to create a scene so we sat down and decided to order simple and had burgers mine with no bun. I did not get sick from the food or at least not yet but I will never return to this restaurant!! Very sad that the manager didn’t even try or get someone to clean off all those tables including wait staff!
