I’m in a gluten-free diet for a while and we decided to try Outback since they have a GF menu. The food was great but my salad came with croutons. I only remove them and not change the salad BUT I paid the price. Make sure to make them change whatever GF plate you asked for. Don’t take the risk.
If you mention that you need gluten free options they will give a menu. The gluten free menu doesn’t have any prices. The staff has some knowledge of gluten free but not a lot. It depends on who your server is.
Great consistent outback experience with gf
Our server was very knowledgeable and the food was very good. I ordered the petite filet and a salad. Everything came out as ordered and safe.

Lots of options including a pretty good dessert. Server was conscientious and made sure everything was gluten free. Great experience overall

Not only do they have a GF menu that includes a desert brownie, but they were willing to modify regular menu items too. Our server was knowledgeable and verified with the chef about my modifications. Great food, great service. 😊
Great steak even had a gf dessert which is soo rare! Excellent service by a willing staff to accommodate gf.
Yes
Great GF menu, service and food is prepared al dente'. Very pleased, even though it's a chain ;)
Doug is the best, runs a real good restaurant..gluten.free menu with servers that actually know what it is..thank you!
Recently visited this location. I told the server I was ordering from the gluten free menu and further specified my order (no croutons on my salad, etc.) Just to be safe. Everything for me came out cross contaminated. I didn't have confidence the server was educated about gluten free needs; and I especially wasn't confident eating my food thereafter.
I didn't get sick, but I was scared about what was served to me. Granted, after speaking up to a different server, my order(s) we're corrected by another employee.
This was my first experience eating at Outback, which I had heard had a pretty decent GF menu; but I don't think I'll be back to this location, personally.

Waitress was clueless about gluten free. She brought bread to the table and put it down right in front of me. And then my Brisbane Caesar Salad came out without dressing and … wait for it … RAW SHRIMP. Not impressed. Not sure that I’ll ever go back to this restaurant.

We tried to eat here one night after my wife was diagnosed with Celiac's. Ordered off their "gluten-free" menu, and her shrimp was served on top of a piece of bread.

They have a GF menu and I ordered off of it but still got glutened. I believe it was in the season on my salmon but have no way to know for sure
