Gluten free menu made it easy to determine what was safe to eat. If you're looking for anything with bread (burger, sandwich, etc.), they do not have gluten free bread. However, they do have a gluten free brownie and clearly identify gluten free salad dressings and side items.
So first of all, haven’t been to Outback Steak House in 10 years and I what I discovered in returning left me pleasantly surprised! My waitress was Jenn, she was super attentive and awesome at explaining everything. The gluten free menu is extensive and will leave any celiac quite happy. I had grilled chx breast with bbq sauce, a Caesar salad, ribs, and finally had the desert all with zero problems! I’m a very sensitive celiac and its been an hour since I ate with zero problems. I would recommend to any celiacs or even normal people.

It's great that outback recognizes being gluten free with a detailed, separate menu, but with all of the compromises they have to make, they may as well just put little symbols on their main menu like most other restaurants. For starters, they explicitly state that their Aussie fries (a flagship dish of Outback's) are not gluten free. That in its self is nearly a deal breaker, but their hamburgers, which were excellent when I could eat the whole thing, are only gluten free if they don't serve it with the bun. So if that's what you order (it would be a hamburger with Aussie fries typically), all you are getting is a grilled beef patty. Gluten free, but a very poor compromise, which I think does not justify eating at Outback until they figure out how to prepare more of their menu items actually gluten free.

They had a separate GF menu making it very easy to see what they had for a selection. It was a great selection with a wide variety of options. My meal was great!!

My company wanted to order us a holiday lunch. We order with outback. My food was marked gluten free and put in its own bag. It was a great experience.

I went there for dinner with my boyfriend and explained to our server that i had celiac disease. He came back with a gluten free menu with a variety of options, i felt so comfortable eating there and my dinner was amazing! he explained to me that they take it very seriously and that he will explain to the cooks and write an extra note. It was an 100/10 experience for me.

I was on a trip to Splash Lagoon with family and was very hesitant to eat here as I get sick at one closest to where I live. I ate here with no issues! I got the wedge salad and loaded baked potato. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

This place was awful from our walk in to our overall experience! First thing when we got there the hostess told us that they only had one table available by the bar, but when I looked around only a few tables were occupied and mostly by the bar. She went on to instruct us that all the other tables were dirty!! My husband did not want to create a scene so we sat down and decided to order simple and had burgers mine with no bun. I did not get sick from the food or at least not yet but I will never return to this restaurant!! Very sad that the manager didn’t even try or get someone to clean off all those tables including wait staff!
