Outer Limits is very conscious and proactive about preventing cross-contamination and providing GF options. The place seems family-owned and family-run, and I was told one of the people making the food actually has Celiac's themself and has been instrumental in making the restaurant Celiac-friendly. I ordered a burger with their GF bun and fries, which are cooked in a designated GF frier. They also provide single-serve bags of GF potato chips. Very delicious and very safe to eat.
